How do I make an appointment?
To make an appointment or for more information about the programs and services we offer, please call our main office at 678-993-8494. If no answer, please leave a voicemail and our intake coordinator will return your call within 24 hours (excluding Saturday and Sunday.)

Do you accept insurance?
The counselors at Holy Family Counseling Center are considered “Out of Network” providers. We will provide you with a receipt that will contain the date of service, diagnosis code and payment made for you to use when filing with your insurance company for reimbursement. Because each policy is so different, we advise you to contact your insurance company to confirm your out of network coverage.
I have an emergency and need to speak with someone right away. What do I do?
If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
What type of payment do you take?
Payment is due at the time of service. Forms of payment accepted are cash, check and Visa and MC debit and credit cards.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Each of our counselors reserve a time exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify your individual counselor at least 24 hours in advance. If the change is made with less than 24 hours advance notice or if you do not keep your scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for the full fee.
